Case study

At the Anei River tunnel, eDev II allowed us to minimise disturbance to our neighbours while blasting operations continued. 

Further, by employing the Multi Deck Blasting technique we fired fewer blasts which resulted in fewer opportunities to disturb our neighbours and we also realised increased productivity in other aspects of the tunnel cycle. Less blasts meant less down time due to tunnel evacuation for firing and ventilation. Less blasts meant less faces to scale, making it safer for our employees.
