Shareholder Communications

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the most timely and reliable way to stay informed. It’s also in line with Orica’s commitment to sustainability. If you haven’t already, the Company encourages you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. To make the change, see ‘Your communication options’ below.

You can make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents including Annual Reports and documents related to members’ meetings (for example notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:

  • You can elect to be sent documents in either physical form or electronic form; and
  • You can elect not to be sent the Annual Report of Orica Limited

    by notifying Orica Limited of the election.

In addition to any election, a shareholder is also entitled to make a one-off request that the Company send a particular document to the shareholder in physical or electronic form.

Generally, Orica will no longer send physical documents related to shareholder meetings unless a shareholder requests a copy.

Your communication options

To review or update your current communication preference simply logon to our share registry’s website at au.investorcentre.mpms.mufg.com.  You will need your portfolio log in details or your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) and select the Communications tab at the top of the page.

If at any time you want to make a one-off request to receive a shareholder document in physical or electronic form, or if you need an additional copy of a communication or more information about the options available to you, please contact MUFG Corporate Markets via orica@cm.mpms.mufg.com

The Annual Report, Notice of Meeting and other shareholder documents are also accessible to you as soon as they are released to the ASX on our website.

By logging in to the secure shareholder services area on the website the following share registry services can be accessed on line: 

Your Holding
View your current holding and transaction history, including dividends paid and update your details online. Electronic notice of general meetings, voting forms and dividend statements are also available.

MUFG Corporate Markets Forms
Access and download the most frequently requested forms necessary to make changes to your holding, such as Change of Address Notification, Tax File Number Notification and Direct Credit Instruction.

If you are unable to access the information you require online, please contact MUFG Corporate Markets.  You will require your Security Holder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) and postcode as shown on your Issuer Sponsored / CHESS statements.
