Economical packaged emulsion for large diameter applications.

Fortel™ is a booster-sensitive packaged emulsion explosive designed for mining applications. It is available in large diameter sizes and packaged in film or polywoven bags. Depending on region, Fortel™ is sensitised with gas or glass microballoons and may contain ammonium nitrate (AN) prills. Film cartridges are blue to denote booster sensitivity only, ensuring safe and efficient blasting operations.

How should Fortel™ products be stored? Store in a licensed magazine for Class 1.5D explosives. Follow Orica's "Always and Never" guidelines for safe storage and handling.
