As part of your onboarding, there may be tasks and information requirements to support your start at Orica. Some of these may be captured in SuccessFactors, while others may be outlined in documents shared with you.
Local legislation and Orica policies may require you to provide additional information beyond what is captured directly in SuccessFactors.
If your hiring entity is Orica Singapore Pte Ltd – Philippines Branch (OSPL), please expect to receive emails from SuccessFactors with subject "Getting started at Orica - Onboarding" and/or from DocuSign with subject "Please DocuSign: ONB | Onboarding Documents | <Your Name>| PHL."
If your hiring entity is Orica Philippines Inc. (OPI), please expect to receive emails from both SuccessFactors with subject "Getting started at Orica - Onboarding" and from DocuSign with subject "Complete with Docusign: Onboarding | OPI Pre-employment requirements |<Your Name>| PHL."
For OPI Booster candidates, your respective site administrator will reach out to you to facilitate your onboarding. In addition, kindly download and complete the pre-employment checklist and form attached below.
Kindly ensure that you have reviewed and completed the necessary tasks required therein.
