Onboarding checklist

Checklist of activities and requirements 

After you sign and return your Letter of Offer, you will receive a link to our secure, integrated HR system called SuccessFactors. Use the link to login to SuccessFactors and follow the prompts as you complete the core onboarding steps.

Please note: the legislation in your region may require you to provide additional information to that outlined in SuccessFactors—it is therefore critical that you review the documents for your location below:

Australia Pacific

Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Latin America

North America

 

The following list outlines the type of information that will be requested in SuccessFactors. If you are offline, the required information will be listed in your new starter pack:

  • Personal data as required in your location, including contact details, emergency contacts, superannuation/retirement fund, bank account, tax/insurance number, dependents etc.
  • Proof of identity (including a minimum of 1 form of government issued photo identification)
  • Proof of qualifications (if applicable)
  • Work permit or visa (if applicable)
