Advanced stereoscopic machine vision technology
A unique combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and 2D/3D techniques provide automated high quality stereoscopic fragmentation image analysis, enabling high performance in variable lighting, material colours and textured environments.
Location and time tracking
Blast fragmentation measurements are logged to a precise location and point in time by capturing spatial co-ordinates and time stamp information with each image.
Autonomous and unbiased sampling
Smart triggering systems ensure only valuable samples are collected and processed, eliminating sampling bias and increasing sample frequency.
Web-based portal for analysis and decision-making
Integration with Microsoft Azure allows edge data to sync to the cloud in near real-time, enabling collaboration amongst stakeholders. The FRAGTrack™ web portal provides remote access for authorised users to live and historical fragmentation data, including KPI tracking.
GeoSpatial
FRAGTrack™ Front-End Loader and Shovel can be combined with GeoSpatial to allow users to compare their blast designs with a blasts actual spatial particle size distribution. This enables blast design engineers to obtain optimal blast performance on subsequent blasts in a relevant domain.

It delivers online fragmentation data, and the insights and benchmarks needed to ensure sustainable and cost-effective improvements in blast performance. The system can be configured for mounting above conveyors, allowing the determination of both volume and mass of material.
